there are rare adolescence who posses E-Cells
(Mutated Energy Cells), uncanny powers
that allows them to manipulate the powers of nature,
time or space. Which is being highly monitored by
the school board for hidden goals.
16-year-old Jay Parker, among the rare, tries
to keep his E-Cell powers hidden in OCSHS—in fear of
being alienated. Until one day he falls head-over-heels
over a mesmerizing, most popular transfer-student
girl named Tori, that causes him to blow his secret,
and catch the MANY EYES of the school board.
